We flew into New York, had a day to tour around but had to be at the airport by 2pm to catch the flight to LA. Just then a huge storm came in and delayed the flight for 9 hours. We were all tired after 3 weeks of traveling and singing and wanted to get home. We had family waiting for us in LA. So around 11:30 pm we boarded the plane, flew home and landed in LA around 2 am. Then boarded a bus to get to Santa Maria! It was our trip back from eastern Europe. We flew into New York, had a day to tour around but had to be at the airport by 2pm to catch the flight to LA. But I did get a nice hotel etc, so it wasn't too bad...just frustrating! Sending good thoughts that you get back in time!
