Testing recipes
D-day is Friday. I’ve been testing recipes after I’ve done my pages for the day. Honestly? It’s a great way to write a book.
Today was raisin bread day.

Tomorrow morning, French toast made with the fresh raisin bread.

It’s beautiful, Barb. So much like the bread I made when my sons were small…little white-blond boys with the most vivid blue eyes…I will never forget the expectation in their eyes.
